Highlights of PhoneTop Messenger v4.0 include: The ability to create and send new text pages from a web browser to any or all Cisco IP Phones which support XML. The ability to send previously created (“common”) text pages from a web browser or from a Cisco IP Phone to any or all Cisco IP Phones which support XML. The ability to send live pages (audio broadcast) from a Cisco IP Phone to any or all Cisco IP Phones which support XML. The ability to send new or common text pages to email users as well as SMS text users (if supported by the client’s email system). The ability to receive AMBER (missing children) alerts on any or all Cisco IP Phones which support XML, as well as email users and SMS text users The ability to receive responses (using the “soft keys” on the Cisco IP Phones) to your text messages from Cisco IP Phone recipients. The ability to receive weather alerts on any or all Cisco IP Phones which support XML, as well as email users and SMS text users. (Please note that this capability is supplied via the Internet which might not be available during a severe weather condition. For a more reliable method, please refer to the PhoneTop Alerts product) The ability to record your users’ presence by having them log-in and out of the system using any Cisco IP Phones which supports XML. The ability to create and send end user surveys to any or all users of Cisco IP Phones which support XML.
