AAC News AAC application featured in Cisco video presentation from the Cisco 2004 Global Partner Summit April 30, 2004 VIENNA, Virg – AAC Inc., a leading provider of network engineering, convergence technologies, information assurance and IP Communications applications solutions, today announced that the company’s award-winning PhoneTop® JTAPI applications are being featured in a Cisco video presentation about the annual Cisco 2004 Global Partner Summit (GPS). The 2004 GPS was held in Honolulu, Hawaii. During the U.S. Channels breakout session on 11 February, AAC’s Jeff Lawn, and representatives from two other IP Communications developer partners, were invited to demonstrate applications on stage with Chuck Robbins and Doug Dennerline in front of an audience of 1,000 U.S. partners. AAC demonstrated its popular PhoneTop Emergency Alert System (EAS) product featuring a simulated Tsunami alert for the state of Hawaii. The demonstration presented both the audio and text of the alert to both a 7970G color Cisco IP phone and the 7920 802.11 wireless Cisco IP phone.
